A suspected ritualist was this afternoon set ablaze by a mob at Challenge bus stop in Mushin. Three suspected ritualist who pretended to be insane were found with ATM cards, phones, and blood stains on their clothes under a tunnel in the area. The mob beat them and in the process, set one of them ablaze. The timely intervention of the police saved the two other suspects from been burnt to death. Five persons have been arrested in connection with the attack.

D driver started asking her if she is d owner of d ghana must go bag in d boot n she said yes so d driver was like why didnt u tell me, how will u just keep such amount of money in d car, what if police had checked d boot…. N she was like she is sorry dat she n odas served one Alhaji n d Alhaji just died so everybody started taking what dey could take n run with n she is just coming from Abuja. I actually started d video late n when d driver noticed, he said dat i n d man infront shld go down… We went down, he drove to d front n d man joined dem back.

Mother allegedly assaults daughter, pours pepper into her vagina

Forty-two-year-old mother, Mercy​ Segun, was on Wednesday arraigned at a Karmo Grade 1 Area Court in Abuja for allegedly beating her daughter and pouring pepper into her vagina.

Mercy, who resides at Idu Gbagyi, Karmo, is facing a three-count of criminal force, assault and causing hurt to a minor.
The prosecutor, Mrs. Florence Auhioboh, told the court that the defendant’s neighbour, one Gift Afegua, reported the matter at the Karmo Police Station on August 22.
She alleged that Mercy, knowing her daughter to be a minor, ill-treated her by pouring ground pepper into the girl’s vagina.

Auhioboh told the court that the defendant’s action caused the minor serious pain.
The prosecutor said the offences contravened sections 246, 265 and 238 and of the Penal Code.
The defendant, however, denied the charges.
The judge, Mr. Abubakar Sadiq, granted Mercy bail in the sum of N30,000, with a surety in like sum.
He ordered that the surety must reside within the court’s jurisdiction and adjourned the case till September 25 for hearing.
